Some people are very very skilled at this and understand how it works. Harry is the opposite of this.
Fleeting up with a cloaky ship is a standard tactic for locating a cloaky ship. Harry should have known this.
Putting a cloak on a ganking ship not designed for a cloak delays targeting so much that the only things you will catch are cyno ships. He most likely also has warp core stabs on it too. These are some of the reasons (apart from the spamming of the forums with ill thought through ideas) that Harry is mocked so often.
And it would be much better to join a cfc corp where you can hide your lack of skills behind vast numbers.
Where you join because you have nor need any skill.
You can't actually tell me there is any skill involved when you outnumber anyone else by huge margins.
So go on and talk about skill.
